For Germany and Austria we offer free returns, please do so here click, fill out the return form and after a short processing time you will receive the instructions for the return from us.
For all other customers (all other countries)
Of course, customers from other countries can also return products. To do this, send us the package in the original box to the address below with the shipping service provider of your choice. As soon as the package arrives with us, we will refund the product price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping costs.
For countries outside the EU, it must be ensured that no customs costs are to be borne. Please make sure with the shipping service provider that this is the case. As a rule, it is sufficient to inform the shipping company that this is a return. Parcels for which we have to pay something will be returned at your expense or not accepted by our warehouse staff.
The following rules apply to all returns:
1. Your order must not be more than 14 days over the deadline.
2. late returns will not be accepted and will be sent back at your expense!
3. The same applies to worn, washed and soiled goods, all returned items should be sent back to us in their original condition (the label must be on the goods) and in the original packaging!
4. Please be sure to enclose the delivery note or clearly enclose the order number in the package so that we can allocate the order.
